Thursday, March 26th: Spring is imploring us to take advantage of the fact that we’re home-bound. It is calling out to our productive energies, tuning our senses to its triumphs, growth, and natural rhythms. I feel it tempting us to join in the creative fun. Don’t you?
So here’s the challenge. Take a walk outside with your keenest eye, and snap three photos that capture evidence of Spring. Study them. Let them speak to you. And then write a haiku. Three lines: 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables.
If you like, share your haiku with kaidistroud24@gmail.com along with its accompanying photo, your location and age. Let’s see what kind of web our word spiders can weave.
